• Purchase and subscription information: When you buy access to courses or subscriptions, we receive information about the product purchased, the platform used (e.g., App Store, Google Play, website), and transaction identifiers from our payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Course and usage information: We collect information about the courses and exams you interact with, including practice attempts, scores, completion status, time spent, favorites, and other study activity.
• Communications: If you contact us by email or through support forms, we collect your contact details and the content of your message.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you use Examzify, certain information is collected automatically:

• Device and log data: Information about your device and connection such as IP address, device identifiers, operating system, app version, language, and basic diagnostic information.
• Usage data: Pages and screens you view, features you use, links you click, in-app events, error reports, and other interaction data that helps us understand how the Service is used.
• Cookies and similar technologies: On the web, we use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and analyze how visitors use Examzify.

1.3 Information from third parties

• Payment platforms: If you purchase through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or other platforms, we receive information related to your subscription status and entitlements from those platforms and from our subscription management provider (for example, RevenueCat).
• Analytics and advertising partners: We may receive aggregated or pseudonymized information from analytics and advertising partners that helps us measure performance and improve our Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Examzify website and apps.

Examzify is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
